Zenastra Industries Private Limited ("Zenastra", "we", "us") builds AI operating systems for enterprises. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how it is used.
1.1 Information we collect
- Contact details you voluntarily submit via WhatsApp, email, or our contact channels (name, company, phone number, email address, and message content).
- Basic, anonymised website analytics (pages visited, browser type) where enabled, used only to improve this website.
1.2 What we do not collect from this website
This website does not use tracking cookies, does not sell visitor data, and does not share visitor data with third parties for marketing purposes.
1.3 Client engagement data
When Zenastra is engaged by a client company to implement an AI system, all client business data remains on the client's own infrastructure under a separate signed NDA and business agreement. Zenastra does not claim ownership of, resell, or share a client's business or financial data.
2. DPDP Act, 2023 Compliance
Zenastra Industries aligns its data practices with the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"):
- Purpose limitation: personal data submitted through this website is used only to respond to your enquiry.
- Data minimisation: we collect only what is necessary to respond to and fulfil a business enquiry.
- Storage limitation: enquiry data is retained only as long as necessary for business correspondence, and can be deleted on request.
- Local-control principle: client implementations are designed so that client company data stays on the client's own infrastructure, reducing third-party data exposure.
- Your rights: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data you have shared with us by emailing contact@zenastraindustries.com.
